The University of Thessaly, Department of Civil Engineering, Traffic, Transportation and Logistics Laboratory – TTLog, organizes the 5th Conference on Sustainable Urban Mobility – CSUM2020. The theme of this year’s Conference is: “Advances in Mobility as a Service Systems”.
Considering the growing concern over COVID-19 we are announcing that CSUM2020 is moving to a Virtual Conference on June 17-19, 2020.
The main aim of the CSUM is the dissemination of knowledge and the exchange of good practices among researchers and practitioners in the domain of urban transportation.
The 1st CSUM was organized in Volos on 14 December 2012 with main focus on “Green modes of transport”. The 2nd CSUM, also organized in Volos on 5 – 6 May 2014, was emphasizing on “Public transport and the use of ITS applications in urban mobility”. The 3rd CSUM was realized in Volos on 26 – 27 May 2016, and its theme was “Anthropocentric approach in urban mobility planning”. The 4th CSUM took place in Skiathos Island on 24 – 25 May 2018 and its theme was “Data analytics: Paving the way to sustainable urban mobility”.
The Conference proceedings will be published in the book series “Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing” by Springer, indexed by ISI Proceedings, EI-Compendex, DBLP, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and Springerlink. Selected papers will be revised and extended versions will be considered for publication in an indexed Special Issue.

TRAINING COURSE: The use of ArcGIS platform as a set of tools for sustainable urban mobility planning.
A three-hour training course will be offered to researchers and participants.
To express your intention to participate in the Course, please send an email to the Conference Secretariat: infocsum@civ.uth.gr, with subject: CSUM2020-Training Course, stating your name, affiliation and contact details in the main body of the email.
The Course will be free of charge for the Conference participants.

Authors/presenters should indicate on their bank receipt their Surname, number “6265” and their paper code (i.e. “Smith-6265-12”). Other authors (except for presenters) and participants should indicate only their Surname and number “6265” (i.e. “Smith-6265”).
Once the bank transfer is completed, each depositor should return the copy of the payment to the Conference Secretariat by sending it to infocsum@civ.uth.gr. Important: Please name the subject of the email according to the following example “CSUM2020: Registration_Smith_#12”. Any registration made without sending the receipt of payment is not considered valid. For the registration of Student fees, a photocopy of a valid student ID should be sent along with the copy of payment.
If you need an invoice please download the invoice template, fill out your personal details and send it along with the copy of payment to infocsum@civ.uth.gr. Important: Invoices cannot be requested at a later time. Conference Secretariat will issue the invoice and send it through personal email within two weeks.
